Who We Are
Black Education Matters INC. seeks to holistically mitigate the effects of systemic racism and lessen the achievement gap between white and minority children. At BEM INC., our strength lies not only in our words but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. We mentor and create community events that enrich our children with extra opportunities to ensure they prosper.
What Volunteers Do
Black Education Matters Inc. hosts multiple activities for our members that allow them to help our commonly overlooked communities. Members can create articles, organize and participate in academic and community events, mentor and tutor youth, and so much more!
