Taiwan Sister Cities

The Taiwan Sister Cities is a 501(c)3 organization aiming to develop strong relationships between cities of the United States and the cities of Taiwan through cultural, economic, and educational activities. The Taiwan Bubble Tea festival at Rockville, Maryland is our hallmark event but we also have other activities to promote sister city relationship between American and Taiwanese cities.
