Rockville Rotary Club Foundation, Inc.

The Rockville Rotary Club lives by our guiding principle: Rotary- Service Before Self.

We also use the extremely important 4-Way Test: 

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

The Rockville Rotary Foundation ( est. in 1980) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The Foundation routinely fundraises through terrific community programs such as Flags for Heroes and supporting the annual Rockville 5K Run. In turn, the Foundation provides financial assistance for worthy Rotary-related projects and programs for non-profits organizations in Rockville, MD, Montgomery County, MD, nationally and internationally. The Rockville Rotary Club also  provides financial support to Rotary Scholars and Fellows, Rotary International Youth Exchange, Rotaract Clubs and Interact Clubs in MCPS high schools.

On the service side, the Rotary Club of Rockville (est. in 1929) fulfills its community service purpose through Weed Warrior (removal of non-native, invasive plant species), public stream clean-ups, building Butterfly Gardens, Honoring Rockville heroes via Flags for Heroes, supporting the annual Rockville 5K run. distributing dictionaries to third-grade students in Rockville elementary schools, holiday family adoption, and supporting the annual Rockville Public Safety Awards.

Our club always has exciting events, such as lunch and learns, multi-Rotary club happy hours, Super Bowl watch party, holiday parties, and district celebrations.  Come Join Rockville Rotary!

The Rockville Rotary Club is always busy and engaged in Rockville and Montgomery County events. We focus on adult volunteer activities and exciting opportunities for students to earn SSL credits. Follow us for environmental and conservation projects, inter-generational arts outreach, Honoring heroes, managing the annual Rockville 5K race, and potentially collecting resources for the less fortunate in our community. We have a project for EVERYONE!
