Who We Are

The Montgomery County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is a Volunteer Organization under Montgomery County Fire and Rescue, focused on disaster preparedness and community outreach.

What Volunteers Do

CERT is a joint county and federal initiative directed at making our schools and communities safer by having educated/trained youth and adults capable of preparing for and responding to disasters and emergencies. Volunteers help promote preparedness within their communities through county and community sponsored activities.
