Who We Are
We are a 501(c)(3) that has been part of the Gaithersburg Germantown Swim League since the 1980s. We help teach and refine swimming strokes to kids ages 4-18. They are able to compete in a fun environment while focusing on improving their own times. We believe that swimming is a safety skill as well as a life long healthy activity.
What Volunteers Do
Volunteers engage in the water with less experienced swimmers teaching and helping practice swim techniques, and ensuring safety. Volunteers also help foster a sense of community and are demonstrate good sportsmanship within our swim league.
