An Empowered Girl Inc.

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering girls in underserved communities around the world. We do this by providing access to feminine hygiene products and raising awareness about menstrual health. Our mission is to promote health, restore dignity, and support education by ensuring that menstruation is never a barrier to a girl's well-being or future. Through hands-on volunteer work and community outreach, we aim to create a world where every girl can manage her period with confidence and without shame.

Volunteers play a hands-on role in making hand-sewn, reusable sanitary pads that support and empower girls in underserved communities around the world. Their tasks include: Cutting fabric: Measuring and cutting fabric into specific patterns to prepare materials for sewing Sewing Pads: Stitching together fabric pieces to create high-quality reusable sanitary pads and empower kits. Assembling & Packaging: Organizing and packaging finished kits to ensure they’re ready for distribution. Additional Support: Sometimes, volunteers also help with organizing materials, quality checking, or raising awareness about menstrual health and hygiene. Each volunteer's contribution helps provide dignity, comfort, and educational opportunity to girls who lack access to menstrual products.
