Who We Are
LuxPoshibilities is a Montgomery County–based nonprofit resale boutique and job-training program that creates meaningful work, community, and purpose for neurodivergent and disabled adults. Through curated high-end resale, hands-on training, and inclusive workplace experiences, we provide real-world job skills, structure, and belonging beyond graduation. Our mission is rooted in inclusion, sustainability, and economic mobility—transforming fashion into opportunity while strengthening our local community.
