Rebelle With A Cause Inc. empowers women/girls in MD/DC impacted by relationship abuse. Our workshops on beauty/self-advocacy and Rebelle Pacs (grooming essentials for those fleeing abuse) help build confidence, healthy relationships, and positive community change.
