Our primary mission is to take distressed real estate and transform them into quality, energy efficient affordable homes for limited income individuals and families so they can strengthen the communities where they live and work. Our secondary mission is to provide unemployed Americans with immediate, effective and comprehensive employment in the construction and real estate industries.

Our goal is to create stable, vibrant and healthy communities by developing, financing and operating affordable, program-enriched housing for families, seniors and people with special needs who lack the economic resources to access quality, safe housing opportunities. We will achieve this by unleashing the intelligence and positive energy of unemployed individuals to rebuild distressed properties within their communities. In turn they will earn a living wage and learn skills necessary to achieve self-sufficiency.
