Provide affordable and accessible conflict resolution services such as mediation, facilitation, teaching, training, and technical support to all county residents. Promote cooperative problem solving throughout the county. Encourage strong partnerships and nurture respect for the mosaic of backgrounds and experiences, which enrich life and work in Montgomery County.

We are a community-based mediation center and we are constantly looking for volunteers from our community to assist with a wide variety of service opportunities. These opportunities include everything from participating in outreach efforts and attending in-person community events, volunteering as a receptionist at our office, and working with our staff to develop virtual content for our social media pages.
