Who We Are
The Housing Opportunities Commission develops, finances and administrates affordable housing programs for low and moderate income individuals and families. The Resident Services Division provides extensive support services to residents of HOC subsidized housing programs to assist them in retaining their housing and to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
