Who We Are

HIP provides comprehensive housing counseling services including foreclosure prevention to homeowners facing mortgage default, pre-purchase counseling, rental counseling, post-purchase counseling and credit and budget counseling. In addition, HIP provides Homebuyer Education to first time homebuyers.
