Silver Spring United Methodist Church

Our Mission is to be a movement of Christ's love to the people of Silver Spring, feeding all God's people - - body, mind and spirit - - so that no one goes hungry.

Formerly known as Woodside United Methodist Church, we merged on January 1, 2014 with Marvin Memorial United Methodist Church to form Silver Spring United Methodist Church.  The youth in our organization participate in a community Easter Crafts and Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School Summer Camp as youth assistants, participate in two mission trips to help the less fortunate in economically depressed areas by mowing lawns, raking leaves, painting houses, installing windows, installing floors, building handicap ramps and much more.
