Silver Technology Systems

Mission Statement: We aim to relieve the stress of dealing with computer systems and internet services by using a combination of plain language, sensitivity to the client's level of familiarity with technology and terms, and with sensitivity to ease of use and the comfort level of each client.

Technology services aimed specifically for seniors is critical today.  We see technologies advancing ever more quickly, and it is difficult to keep up, even for the technology-inclined.  Many of today's seniors have very little experience with computers, beyond day-to-day use of email and web-browsing. In ten years, those in this targeted age group (70+) will have had more experience with technical details of today's technology, but will be similarly challenged by emerging new technologies, so the need will not evaporate as those who've "grown up" with computers and other advanced technology age into the target age group.

We want to make technologies approachable and usable for seniors, through system setup or troubleshooting to simple friendly and respectful coaching focussed on listening first.
