The mission of UNITY (Understanding Needs in Today's Youth) is to provide an environment that seeks to develop an all around youth; one who will be able to reach and exceed goals in life as well as athletics.
UNITY is the acronym for Understanding Needs In Today's Youth. It is organized as a 501c3 non-profit organization to provide educational and edifying programs and activities for youth in the Silver Spring community and surrounding areas. With the athletic and recreational programs as a foundation, we seek to uniquely coach, guide and develop youth both within the sport they play and in society. This unique combination of coaching and mentoring is designed to help provide youth with a complete formula for life success. UNITY supports and provides opportunities for children in the following areas: - Sports - Community Service - Academic Monitoring - Tutoring - Youth Coaching
