

Who We Are
Kemp Mill Civic Association is a not for profit community based membership organization that exists to promote the welfare, safety and interests of the residents of Kemp Mill.
What Volunteers Do
Kemp Mill Civic Association utilizes volunteers for the following:
- Planting trees and shrubs in the Kemp Mill area
- Controls tick population by making and distributing tick tubes
- Conducts independent traffic study to present proposed traffic pattern changes to county
Kemp Mill Civic Association utilizes student volunteers for a single one-day Community Day event to promote community good will in the late spring/early summer. Tasks may include:
- Fundraising - non-alcoholic beverage & cotton candy sales
- Face painting & balloon twisting for the kids
- Child Fingerprinting
