Senior Planet Montgomery is a project of the Montgomery County Department of Technology Services and the non-profit organization Older Adults Technology Services. Headquartered in New York City, OATS harnesses the power of technology to change the way we age. Since 2004, we’ve innovated one of the nation’s most powerful models to shape the future of aging.
What Volunteers Do
Join this new county initiative to bridge the digital divide for seniors in Montgomery County! Founded in 2016, Senior Planet Montgomery aims to engage, train, and support older adults in using technology to improve their quality of life and enhance their social and civic engagement. We work with local organizations and community partners to offer free digital technology courses, workshops, and talks geared toward older adults at locations throughout the county.
