Aikido Shobukan Dojo

Aikido Shobukan Dojo was founded by Mitsugi Saotome, Shihan and his students and is a major center for the study and practice of Aikido.

We engage in aikido training throughout the year. Advanced teen students can serve the dojo by being asked to assist in teaching classes.  The teens demonstrate skills, provide individual coaching, and manage small groups of students.  In addition to teaching physical skills, teens embody and convey virtues of attentiveness, focus, and collaboration.
