Volunteer: Card Making EventJoin us at the Gaithersburg Library (Medium Room 2) for a creative and meaningful card-making event focused on supporting children's mental health and emotional well-being. Participants will design uplifting, handmade cards filled with encouraging messages for children and teens in need of support. This event offers a simple yet powerful way to give back to the community while promoting kindness, connection, and compassion. All materials will be provided, and no artistic experience is required. Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
