Our Moms-In-Film Chapter, in partnership with AC Media, is hosting the premiere screening of I Am More Than My Hair, an educational documentary film about women's who've experienced hair loss. It takes place on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 5pm-7pm at AFI Silver Theatre.
We need four volunteers on the day of the event (October 20th) to:
1. Check-in guests
2. Direct attendees to Theatre II
3. Hand out the program and sponsored gift bags
4. Set books on allocated table during audience Q&A
5. Store food and beverages then set-up during the audience Q&A
6. Use tablet to sell featured products (during author book signing)
7. Clean up after screening
Volunteers should arrive by 4pm. The food will be dropped off at AFI and will be placed in the food storage area. Once the audience Q&A begins (around 5:40pm), volunteers will be responsible for setting up the food and beverage in the designated lobby area.
