Viers Mill Elementary School PTA will hold a fall carnival Saturday October 30th - we are looking for responsible, friendly and fun middle and high school students to set-up and run several carnival games. Volunteers will help with set up at 10:15 and clean up until 3:15, event runs from 11-2.
Health and Safety Protocols:
- Check-in with verbal COVID screening, written name and phone number or email
- Spread out the games and events and maintain distance
- Mask recommendation (Event is outside), Vaccine recommendation for volunteers
- Provide hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes
- Require anyone distributing candy or other snacks to wear a mask and gloves
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
