Help Citizens Climate Lobby finish crafting our materials for our entry in the Wheaton Arts Parade!
We will be making our items from magazine collage. We will provide all materials, including scissors, magazines, brushes and glue. If you prefer not to share items such as scissors, please feel free to bring your own.
We will meet from 10 am - 12 noon at the picnic tables at Caroline Freeland Park, 7200 Arlington Road, Bethesda, MD 20814. This is a very small park across Hampden Road from the Connie Morella (Bethesda) Library. While no bathrooms or water are available at the park, they are available across the street at the library. Parking is available at the Elm St Garage, 4910 Elm St, Bethesda, MD 20814 (no payment required on Saturdays) or at the Bethesda Library lot. The park is a 5 minute walk from the Bethesda Metro station.
Please check your email Saturday morning before going to the park, in case we need to reschedule due to weather or any other reason.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
