Join us on Saturday, January 17, at 1:00PM. as we celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day through meaningful community service. We seek drivers to deliver to charities. Drivers will park their car at the Gaithersburg Public Library, located at 18330 Montgomery Village Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20879. Then, they will meet us on the library's second floor for instruction.
The Driver Must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Have a personal vehicle in good working condition
Be willing to follow all traffic laws, seatbelt and child‑safety rules, and organizational policies while driving on behalf of the nonprofit
Be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
Reliable and punctual; able to commit to agreed‑upon shifts or trip times
Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own food and water. SSL forms will be provided. Feel free to bring a can of soup for Super Saturday, where we donate a can of soup to those in need.
