What Mentors Do:
- Coach students through project planning, teamwork, and problem‑solving
- Share real‑world examples from your professional experience
- Provide guidance on communication, leadership, and time management
- Offer encouragement as students work toward their goals
- Help youth see themselves as capable, skilled project leaders
What You Bring:
- Professional experience in project management (PMP®, CAPM®, or equivalent preferred)
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to youth development
- Ability to meet with students virtually or in person during scheduled sessions
- A passion for helping young people succeed
Why It Matters:
Your mentorship can change a student’s trajectory. By sharing your expertise, you help young people gain industry‑recognized skills, explore career pathways, and build the confidence to lead projects in their schools, communities, and future workplaces.
If you’re ready to invest in the next generation of project leaders, we’d love to welcome you as a mentor.
