We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Activity Coordinator to help create a fun, engaging environment for attendees of all ages. This role focuses on setting up and managing hands-on activities that bring the community together while enhancing the event experience.
What you’ll do:
Set up and organize sample activity stations, including bubbles, sun catchers, marbles, jacks, and other interactive games.
Ensure all materials are arranged neatly and safely for participants.
Assist attendees with activities and provide basic guidance as needed.
Monitor activity areas to keep them clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Help with setup and breakdown of activity stations.
Provide general event support as needed.
Ideal for: Volunteers who enjoy working with people, especially families and children, and who like creating fun, welcoming spaces for community engagement.

Please Note: Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own food and water. Breaks will be included, and SSL forms will be provided. Feel free to bring canned goods to donate to our food drive. Participants should include their best contact number to be informed of any changes to this service project. There will be no refrigeration available for food items. This volunteer position will be in a public space and not a private residence.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization.
