- The
outreach and admin volunteer position would be during the operating hours of
the Family Resource Center, Monday through Friday, 11am – 7:30pm. Because a
background check is required, ideally candidates would be available one or more
days per week for three or more months. Time commitments may vary but looking for regular volunteers.
- Assist Resident Services Coordinator with reviewing residents files to maintain up-to-date records, synching paper records with digital records for accuracy, and creating email distribution lists in Outlook.
- Support RSC in identifying residents in need of additional services, maintaining informational displays, and creating flyers for future events.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
