Provide information to visitors and telephone callers; greet and escort patients and visitors entering the hospital; assist in accommodating families and loved ones of patients in various areas throughout the hospital, including Aquilino Cancer Center and the Rehabilitation Hospital; serves as assistant to the sales associate in the Gift Shop and other customer service duties as needed.
