Be a Companion to a Senior for a Day
The City of Rockville is seeking individuals to accompany seniors during the city’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration at Richard Montgomery High School. The Rockville Senior Center will transport seniors and companions to the event by bus and will provide lunch. Volunteers will accompany seniors on the bus and at the celebration, providing conversation and companionship to the seniors throughout. Volunteers must be 16 years old or older.
This event is part of the City of Rockville Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration.
