Help keep Rockville streams free of trash by joining the fall stream cleanup at Maryvale Park. Space is limited and online registration for each volunteer through Montgomery Volunteer Center and waiver submission is required. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. You may be contacted with a volunteer survey following this event.
Special COVID-19 Guidelines:
- Volunteers must supply and wear a face covering and practice physical distancing of at least 6 feet from others. Face coverings may be removed while working outdoors and maintaining physical distancing of at least 6 feet from others.
- Volunteer must avoid sharing supplies
- Registered volunteers must sign and email the attached waiver form to greenvolunteer@rockvillemd.gov prior to the event.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
