Help keep Rockville streams free of trash by joining the spring stream cleanup at Upper Watts Branch Park. Space is limited and online registration for each volunteer through Montgomery Volunteer Center is required. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
The Stream Cleanup Leader will meet volunteers on Carnation Drive, between Aster Blvd and Larkspur Terrace next to trail entrance. Gloves and trash bags will be provided. Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
