Celebrate the achievements of the Marcia D Smith School graduates, new students and transitioning adults at this festive evening filled with dancing and fun! Graduates will be honored and everyone will enjoy snacks and dancing at this enchanted forest themed event. Volunteers are needed from 3pm to 9pm to decorate, set up and assist with this event. Help us make this an unforgettable night. Volunteers will be most needed from 6-8pm. Once you register we can discuss your preferred schedule.
- 3pm-4:30pm - Set up
- 4:30-8pm - Event tasks may include, but are not limited by: serving food, serving drinks, cleaning tables, taking out trash, taking pictures, socializing with people with disabilities, repairing decorations
- 8-9pm - Clean up, folding tables and chairs
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
