We are seeking volunteer support for this year’s Graduation and Marketplace, coming up on September 17th in Rockville. This annual event will celebrate the accomplishments of the graduates of Empowered Women International's Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 Entrepreneur Training for Success and Grow My Business courses.
This event is an opportunity to celebrate the diverse creations from about 60 talented and inspiring entrepreneur graduates from our region and around the world. Graduates will be selling jewelry, crafts, food and beautiful accessories.
We are seeking volunteers for this wonderful event, which is not only a great way to give back, but attend a fun-filled Marketplace and celebration of our 2016-17 graduates. Some general volunteer tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Unloading/Setup
- Keeping food area neat and stocked
- Engaging the public
- Greeting visitors and guests
- Tearing Down/Cleanup
- Photographing / Videotaping the event
- Blogging
