Logistics Volunteers – Assist with event logistics as needed (events needs will vary).
a. Serve as a greeter.
b. Work at registration desks.
c. Distribute nametags and information about upcoming 122nd events.
d. Help at booksellers desk
e. Collect contact information updates from attendees.
f. Network at events and help and other guests feel comfortable.
g. Assist event leads to other duties such as working with event photographer, distributing programs and other event-specific material.
h. Help with the audio-visual support desk
