Want to learn more about becoming the Junior Student Representative for the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County Board of Trustees? Join us at White Oak Library on March 27 from 5:30-6:00PM. Our current representatives will talk about the application process, what being on the board looks like, and talk about libraries in general.
There will be bingo, trivia, pizza, and one lucky winner will receive a prize.
To earn SSL hours, students will be working together to support teen access and education for Montgomery County Libraries.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
