Fire Station Preparation for annual Open House

We are looking for volunteers to help get our fire station ready for our Open House. What does this mean? Well, we need floors vacuumed, floors swept, trash picked up, areas organized, windows cleaned, fire engines washed and waxed, boxes of fire safety pamphlets and plastic fire helmets organized, etc. This is mostly just cleaning up the fire house, no critical thinking needed! This event takes place on Saturday October 19 from 9am to 1pm. Participants will receive 4 hours of SSL credit for helping the fire department. Participants need to be able to stoop, lift, sweep, use brushes and hoses, and may use some cleaning chemicals like Windex and car wax.
