One Montgomery Green holds spring and fall paper shredding and recycling events to provide county residents an opportunity to dispose of items responsibly, recycle household items, and donate professional clothing, housewares and nonperishable food to our friends at A Wider Circle and Mid-county United Ministries. We need volunteers to help us unload resident's cars and move donated items. The ability to lift and carry items of moderate weight (no more than 30 lbs) is required.
Volunteers must have their own transportation or arrange to be picked up at noon.
