JCAW is holding a New Year's Festival on Sunday, January 29th, 2023 at Washington Marriott at Metro Center Hotel. We are looking for volunteers who would like to experience and enjoy Japanese cultural presentations
with festival guests.
The volunteers will play traditional Japanese games with guest, such as Ken-dama, Origami, Bouncy ball fishing, Top spinning, Calligraphy demonstration. Any special skills and experiences are not required.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
