Volunteer with older adults and other high school students to discuss favorite graphic novels this fall at the Intergenerational Graphic Novel Book Club at the Potomac Public Library with Link Generations. Meetings are from 6:30-7:30pm: October 16 (book: Family Style: Memories of an American from Vietnam by Thien Pham). November 20 (book: Hey Kiddo by Jarrett J. Krosoczka). December 18 (book: The Faint of Heart by Kerrilynn Wilson). Books and snacks provided for participants. Earn SSL hours for your time. Please complete this form to register.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
