MCPS Youth Climate Summit
April 5, 2025 (8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

Attention middle and high school students! MCPS is hosting the 3rd annual Youth Climate Summit from 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, at Julius West Middle School. 

This full-day conference is designed to educate MCPS students about climate change and equip them with the tools to create climate action projects in their communities.

Lunch will be provided and centralized transportation via electric buses will be available. Pickup and drop off at Montgomery Blair, Seneca Valley, Quince Orchard, and Paint Branch high schools, subject to change based on student registration.

Students will earn 7 SSL hours for their participation. 

When: Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Where: Julius West MS (651 Great Falls Road, Rockville, MD 20850)
