- Number of Students Needed: 25
- Time: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Set up the event, Support the actual retirement celebration, Clean up and break down)
- Location: Richard Montgomery High School, 250 Richard Montgomery Drive, Rockville
- Duties: Setup, Registration, Greeting Attendees, Ushers, Packing Supplies at conclusion
- Dress Code: Business Casual - khakis/nice pants (no jeans) and button down shirt or polo for guys; skirt (no mini) or nice pants and a top for girls
Students should check in at the registration table in the lobby and then ask for Ms. Rumer. Food Services will provide boxed meals for the students. Tables will be available in the cafeteria for the students from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. should they wish to eat prior to the start of the event. If not, students can pick up a boxed lunch form the cafeteria at the conclusion of the ceremony to take with them when they leave.
