Montgomery County Environmental Sustainability Youth Town Hall 
March 22, 2022 (6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.)

Please join our MCPS staff and student leaders as they present the proposed update to Policy ECA - Energy Conservation that seeks to convert it to Sustainability Policy.  Learn about what the updates mean for students, staff, schools, and the community at large and how you can provide feedback through public comment until April 7, 2022. The proposed updates will align MCPS with the Montgomery County Climate Action Plan that aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 80% by 2027 and 100% by 2035.

Students may earn 2 SSL hours for attending and participating in follow-up advocacy action.
