Join us on Feb 27 (MCPS half day) for an afternoon of connecting with local seniors!
Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP) is a nonprofit affordable housing developer that provides wraparound services for our residents. We're holding our first ever Intergen Game Day at one of our senior properties. We seek teen and adult volunteers to help facilitate a social gathering. We will serve beverages and light snacks, play board games, and engage in Q&A interviews. Teens, adults, and seniors can socialize and connect with each other. Through this event, we aim to support residents’ social-emotional wellness and strengthen community bonds. Volunteers will help with set-up and cleanup. SSL hours available. Teens should sign up with an adult chaperone.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
