Visitor Services Volunteer - Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center

Visitor Services serves as the personal face and the focal point of contact for all visitor activities at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum located on the National Mall and the Steven F. Udvar Hazy Center located in Chantilly, Virginia. Volunteer duties include: greeting visitors, distributing museum information, answering general questions, assisting large groups with orientation of the facility, being present on the floor and monitoring visitor activity and crowd issues throughout the museum, and assisting VS staff with administrative duties as needed.
