At 1:45 on Sunday 5/1/2022 see Carolyn Knight at the corner of Prince Philip and Menden Farm Rd to check-in. Volunteers will work together, pick up any trash along the parade route from Prince Philip to Spartan Rd. After the roads open to vehicles, DO NOT GO INTO THE ROAD to pick up trash.
Please bring a bag or two (13 gallons - don't need the really big ones) for trash and wear work gloves. In the past, the trash has been candy wrappers, papers, and debris like feathers from floats.
Olney Days is three days of family-friendly events to celebrate Olney and foster community relationships. The parade is one of the events.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
