Join us to create super hero masks, hats, and other kid-friendly costume give-aways. Everything you create will be used to help children escape into the world of "make believe" during Only Make Believe's interactive performances in hospitals, care-facilities, and schools dedicated to serving children with disabilities. No art degree required!
Volunteers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please no volunteers under 10.
OTHER DETAILS
- Please wear comfortable clothing. Our craft materials are washable, though our fabric glue can sometimes get a bit messy.
- Water will be provided.
- Please feel free to bring your favorite kid-friendly fabric or craft supply to donate to our "crafting wall." Satin/Cotton Fabric, Ribbon, stickers, foam, felt, buttons, and rick rack are all great options!
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
