We are a small nonprofit domestic violence organization in upper Montgomery County. We are having our 1st Annual Fundraising Formal Event, and could really use some volunteers.
On 10/3/19 we have an event in Boyds, MD (not too far from 270) that goes from 6:30-9:30. We are looking for some volunteers for the following positions:
Setup: help with setting up and decorations. (available from 4-6:30)
Ushers/Registration: stay for the beginning part of the event to help monitor and keep the flow (registration, help people find their table card and table, show them what's where) (available from 5-7)
Silent Auction Help: A few people to help with the silent auction (to help clarify any questions people may have, determine the final bidders to provide a list to the emcee, take payments) (available from 5-9:30)
