This will be So What Else's (SWE) fifth year partnering with the Community Services Foundation, to host over 400 children from Washington DC; Prince George's, Montgomery and Howard Counties to a day sports and fun! Every year SWE provides free afterschool and summer camps to the wonderful youths of the Community Services Foundation, and the spring Olympics serves as an opportunity for a day of healthy competition and comradery!
We need 40 dedicated volunteers to help lead or assist with sports & activity stations, and to assist our staff with lunch prep & set up logistics.
Light refreshments and t-shirts will be provided (coffee, fruits, breakfast sweets and bagels).
This is a great opportunity for corporate volunteer groups!
For our wonderful student volunteers, SSL hours are available upon request.
