The Light The Night Walk is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's annual fundraising walk. It is the nation's night to pay tribute and bring help and hope to millions of people touched by cancer.
Volunteers are key to the success of this event! This event is ideal for groups or individuals in need of community service hours. There are a limited number of volunteer positions, and they are given on a first come first serve basis. To ensure your volunteer spot please REGISTER!

There are TWO Volunteer Shifts available:
Shift A: 12:00 P.M.-4:30 P.M.
Volunteer Duties May Include:

Unloading and Organizing Materials

Set up of tents and tables

Organize Walk Site for the event

Set up Lanterns for Walkers

Set up activity areas for Walkers
Shift B: 4:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.
Volunteer duties may include:

Unloading and Organizing Materials

Handing out participant shirts
-
Cheering on Walkers
-
Act as tent concierge for teams
-
Running games in the Kids Zone
-
Handing out food and beverages
-
Cleanup of the Walk Site
