YMCA Silver Spring will participate in the YMCA Long Course National Swim Meet. This event will be held at the University of Maryland in College Park Monday July 30 - Friday August 3, 2018. The aquatic department will train volunteers before the week long event and hours will be accounted for this training.

Training (1 hour)
- One hour training the evening of the first day of the meet, right after work (5:30- 6:30 PM)
- We give out volunteer shirts and parking passes at this time (helps to get volunteers there)
- The need to know details, where everything is located, and how to check-in for each shift.
