Join us to support the holiday season by volunteering at Zion Baptist Church’s Toys for Tots toy-distribution event. Volunteers will help receive, sort, and hand out toys to children in the community, offering holiday joy to families in need.
Duties / Impact:
- Receive donated toys and gifts as they arrive.
- Sort toys by age, category, etc & organize distribution tables or stations.
- Assist families picking up toys (help with check-in, carrying items, and guiding traffic/flow).
- Clean-up and organize leftover inventory at the end of the day.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
